We all know Lagom is built and optimized for single dosing with near-zero retention (<0.2g) depending on the roast level but there is always scope for improvements. Our bellows with walnut lid set is created to blow out the last 0.2g grounds in the chamber and chute, resulting in real zero retention.

The lids (one above and one underneath the bellows) are handcrafted from quality American black walnut, carefully sanded, and finished with quality food grade wax oil from Japan. The bellows are made with FDA-approved food-grade silicone to ensure longevity and durability. We currently only have black bellows (as shown in the second picture) left.
